I grew up being very active and have stayed active for my whole life. I played basketball since third grade and all the way through high school. I played ultimate frisbee at UNCO and frequently play disc golf as well. I go hiking all the time and I enjoy being outdoors as well as stuck in a gym where I workout 4-6 times a week.

I am a certified personal trainer and am an avid gym rat. I go to the gym and workout 4-6 times a week on top of playing the occasional game of basketball or round of disc golf. I train for strength and hypertrophy and love to teach my friends and other that I meet about how to be healthy and fit. It takes a lot of hard work, but I pride myself on that work and consistency and hope to inspire that in future generations.
