5.a Select or create authentic, formal assessments that measure student attainment of short and long-term objectives.
Rating: Target In my disc golf lesson students were not only able to throw the discs, but they were able to learn how to keep score. First we would go over scoring during the week and how that works and would eventually lead into the scorecard questions as seen here. This made sure that they got plenty of practice with keeping score and fully understood how scoring works before they took this test. |

With Hearttech plus students are constantly able to self check themselves as well as I'm able to see who is not moving around that much. It also assesses their knowledge on how heart rate zones work and which ones they should be in. Overtime students are able to see their results over a week to week basis and month to month on their improvements or if they need to do more work.

5.c Implement a reflective cycle to guide decision making specific to candidate performance, student learning, and short- and long-term plan objectives.

After a week to week basis I could send out weekly reports to the students to allow them to analyze, reflect, and begin making plans for themselves on how to improve to next week, or how they will keep up what they are doing. Sometimes activities are less vigorous so they can make sure to reflect on that and helps them learn about being active for a lifetime.
